What is an Ebook?
An Ebook is simply any information stored electronically. Basically a book without the paper and binding. Still searchable and printable. Videos won't play—what's wrong?
All of the videos on YouTube are streamed through a Flash player, so you need to have the latest version of Macromedia Flash installed on your computer. To download it, please visit Adobe.
What you need?
You will need WinZip to unzip these Zipped files after you downloaded it to your local hard disk, a Windows Media Player to watch videos in your local hard disk and a Adobe Acrobat Free Reader to read Ebooks in your local hard disk.

I do not have a Paypal account, do I proceed normally?
You do not need to have a Paypal account and you can use all major credit cards to do your payments as usual.
What if I don't have a credit card, will there be any problem with the payment?
If you don't have a credit card, all you need is to sign up for a Paypal account and transfer funds from your bank account to your Paypal account (totally free). After you have transferred funds to your Paypal account, you can proceed on with your payment using your Paypal balance. If you don't have one, you can sign up one here with PayPal absolutely free.
How do I proceed after my payment for Digital Video Downloads (DVDs)?
After we receive your payment, we will send your download link via SendThisFile.com, YouSendIt.com or MegaUpload.com to your Email address for you to download your item(s) asap. If it doesn't arrive shortly after we acknowledge receipt of your payment, be sure to check your spam folder, junk mail folder and other folder where your spam filter stores its rejected emails, or you can contact us immediately.
Take note: Please make sure that your email address is contactable and that your mail box is not full. We need to use that email address in your PayPal account to send you the download link and password for unzipping the file after your downloading.

How do I proceed on with the Instant Downloads after my payment?
Just 3 easy steps:

• Step 1
  After you press the 'Buy Now' button, you will be transferred to PayPal checkout page. Please log in to your PayPal account if you have one. You do not need to be a member and you can use almost any card type. Just click on the 'click here' button and you will see the billing information page. From there, you enter your card details into PayPal.

  After you have completed your secure payment, you will be automatically directed to the download box. Just click on the 'Save' button and save it into your computer and you're done!
